Outer sleeve is in good condition, does have a hole punched through top right corner. As well as a name written in bottom right corner. Couple staple marks along the top.
No original inner sleeve.
Record is in very good condition, does have some light scratches.
All records are cleaned in ultrasonic machines and put in plastic sleeves upon shipping.
